All twenty-three players now have their numbers. There are no surprises among them; Alessia Russo retains her preferred 23 shirt, Lucy Bronze stays at 2 and Keira Walsh once more wears the number 4 shirt. Leah Williamson will wear the 6 shirt.

Ella Toone, Manchester United’s favourite lass – and the name I wear on the rear of my MUWFC shirt – gets a new number for this tournament. She has been designated as 10; the 20 shirt she wore at Euro 2022 goes to her fellow midfielder Jess Park.

Meanwhile – mainly because of the sheer joy she gave with her winning goal and her marvellous celebration at Wembley – I’ll be proudly wearing the number 18 shirt in Switzerland…if it arrives in time!

Now that The Lionesses squad numbers for Euro 2025 have been revealed, please do your very best to get my “KELLY 18” shirt printed and delivered to me by Tuesday 8^th July at the absolute latest.
